ITELLIGENTIX has developed a custom software solution for us, covering everything from customer needs analysis to a comprehensive transport management system.

The Dispatch Management System includes job scheduling, real-time updates and tracking, and automated notifications for both dispatchers and drivers. The Customer Portal allows clients to schedule services and track job status. Meanwhile, the Admin Dashboard enables easy management of users, drivers, and jobs, along with detailed reports on driver performance, job completion, and dispatch efficiency, as well as analytics and financial insights.

They delivered everything on time and were always responsive to our needs. Whenever we had questions or required assistance, they provided prompt and professional responses. Their team was consistently proactive and efficient, ensuring the project ran smoothly from start to finish.

 I’m a personal trainer at a fitness studio.

What challenge were you trying to address with ITELLIGENTIX?

 We needed an internal app for booking in our fitness studio.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

 ITELLIGENTIX has developed an Android and iOS app, a website, and an email system. The app has our own course plan with a specific schedule and a maximum number of clients per booking. The website and email system include contracts for users and employees for online signing and newsletters.

What is the team composition?

 We’ve worked with two teammates from ITELLIGENTIX.

How did you come to work with ITELLIGENTIX?

 We found them through a referral. I was searching for a developer for my app and told my clients. One of them told me about ITELLIGENTIX.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working with them in October 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 We’ve received about 100 feedbacks from clients about successful bookings. The app has improved booking efficiency; we don’t receive any messages about free spots in our email, and the contracts are signed in five minutes.

 They deliver on time. We communicate via FaceTime.

 ITELLIGENTIX’s quick response and ability to find a solution within a few hours are impressive.
