What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did everything that I wanted. I got feedback from different companies saying they liked the site. It’s simple, straight to the point, and easy to read.

We kept in touch via email.

They did everything that I wanted.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would rather speak to them on the phone since that’s quicker. I had to email 3–4 times a day to get something changed.

If you want something done, email them until they get it right.
