We engaged ITH to build and maintain the backend infrastructure and Shopify app for our core product, Infinite Color Search by Hoppn. The scope of work included the full development of a scalable Shopify app that lets online shoppers search products by color. This involved:

• Backend architecture for ingesting and AI-processing thousands of product images across Shopify stores.
• Elasticsearch integration to support our custom two-color search algorithm.
• Shopify app interface, with merchant-facing settings and dynamic pricing logic based on store traffic and search volume.
• Embedded search widget, which integrates into any storefront with minimal effort and renders the full color search experience without slowing down the page.
• Admin analytics dashboard, showing usage metrics, sales attribution, and search insights by session.

Key deliverables included the production-ready Shopify app, full merchant onboarding and authentication flows, real-time image processing pipelines, and the embedded overlay for consumer-facing color search. ITH has been an ongoing partner as we refine our AI ranking logic and scale to more stores.
