I’m the assistant director at a marketing and distribution company.

What challenge were you trying to address with IT Service Group LLC?

We hired IT Service Group LLC because we needed development support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

David (President, IT Service Group LLC) does .NET development for us from scratch. To do so, he uses WinForms and WebSphere Commerce (WCS) with a SQL backend. The program helps keep track of transactions, along with permissions of different companies.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with David.

How did you come to work with IT Service Group LLC?

David is my former boss. After he took a different path and created his own business, we knew that we liked the way he performed and he could produce strong work for us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project together in 2017, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although everything we’re working on is still in production, we have 3–4 major programs functioning between six warehouses with no significant bugs.

How did IT Service Group LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

David manages the system from his end, and we communicate in-person when he visits our office.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The communication and attention to detail have been excellent. David gets everyone involved in the process and ensures the work is delivered on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that needs improving.

David is great at what he does; I have no complaints.
