IT Rapid Support is a managed IT services provider headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, serving businesses across Toronto, Thornhill and the wider Greater Toronto Area since 2018.
We act as a complete outsourced IT department: a 24/7 helpdesk, proactive monitoring and patch management, Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, network and server management, backup and disaster recovery, and on-site support when remote work is not enough. Co-managed arrangements are available for organisations that already have internal IT staff.
On the security side we handle multi-factor authentication rollouts, endpoint protection and managed detection and response, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC enforcement). We also research that last area: our published study of 481 mail-enabled GTA business domains found only 20.6 percent enforcing DMARC.
Our closest fit is law firms and professional services, where legal technology matters as much as uptime: document and matter-file security, client confidentiality controls, and practice-management support. We also serve small and mid-sized businesses across the GTA that need one accountable partner rather than a break-fix vendor.
Engagements run on fixed monthly pricing so IT budgets are predictable, with a published 185 dollar per hour rate for project and ad-hoc work.

Our Story
IT Rapid Support was founded in Vaughan in 2018 on one idea: a smaller business deserves the same standard of IT operations and security that a large enterprise pays for, without the enterprise overhead. We say what we will do and then we do it, we are straight with clients about risk, and we do not sell what a business does not need. Most of our day goes to the unglamorous work that keeps a company running: patching, backups that are actually tested, and answering the phone.
