IT Ops Excellence Consulting, LLC is a program-delivery and operational transformation practice founded by Deann Souza, PMP®, CSM®, a senior program leader with over a decade of experience running complex, high-stakes initiatives across aviation, healthcare, enterprise technology, and public-sector organizations.
We specialize in program and portfolio management, PMO governance and design, QA testing and data migration validation, and merger and system integration leadership — helping organizations navigate mergers, system migrations, and scaling challenges without losing control of the details. Our team builds the governance frameworks, playbooks, and stakeholder relationships that make large, high-stakes programs succeed.
Our track record includes directing a $10M+ merger-integration portfolio across two major airline carriers, leading 15 project managers across 32 concurrent workstreams, and delivering a 2-year systems implementation that drove an 80% improvement in operational efficiency.
We are actively building out a dedicated delivery team to expand our capacity for concurrent client engagements — giving clients enterprise-grade program leadership with the responsiveness and personal attention of a boutique practice.
