What challenge were you trying to address with IT OESTE?

We needed someone to help us digitize and automate our processes. Specifically, we needed help with web and app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IT OESTE has worked on various development projects for us. They’ve built a website and a mobile app for both Android and iOS.

What is the team composition?

Over the years of the engagement, we’ve worked with 8–10 teammates on average, including a few project managers.

How did you come to work with IT OESTE?

We found them through one of their ads on Google. We evaluated proposals from them and other vendors, but IT OESTE offered a better response time and a more competitive price. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $70,000 each year.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in January 2017, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work has had a very positive impact on the organization — our processes have improved a lot. We used to do everything manually, and now we’ve been able to automate our operations. Thanks to IT OESTE’s efforts, we’ve reduced our management personnel by around 50%–70%.

How did IT OESTE perform from a project management standpoint?

The project managers’ response times are excellent, making the collaboration very fluid. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I believe that effective communication is critical in these kinds of projects where things change constantly, and IT OESTE is the only development agency I’ve found that’s been able to provide that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I honestly don’t have anything critical to say — they did a great job.

I'm the QA and development manager at a commercial real estate company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IT OESTE has developed a we-based intranet platform for our employees. It's a centralized system where we can link and manage all our accounts.  

We continue to rely on IT OESTE's team for any development- and maintenance-related services.

What was the team composition?

We work with a team of 2–4 resources, depending on the development stage.

How did you come to work with IT OESTE?

I did some research myself — upon examining different profiles of potential agencies to hire for this project, I chose IT OESTE because of their impressive proposal and suitable skill set.

How much have you invested in them?

We've spent about $100,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing collaboration with IT OESTE started in January 2015.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Every development project that IT OESTE has handled for us has worked really well — that's why we've decided to keep our long-term engagement with them. We're not technology-oriented, so we appreciate the fact that we can rely on their technical expertise to bring added value to our company.

How did IT OESTE  perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via WhatsApp and set up weekly planners to cover all the tasks for every project phase. IT OESTE's approach in project management gets better over time, and they're keen on meeting deadlines and simply making sure that we're on schedule at all times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

IT OESTE is a solution-oriented team — they always know what's best for us. We can trust them to generate productive ideas that improve the quality of our projects. Additionally, they're attentive to our needs and requests, and they help us build efficient strategies with their counseling and synergetic skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything that hasn't been addressed already —  they value our feedback and act fast in implementing any changes.

I’m the owner of an online marketing agency.

What challenges were you trying to address with IT OESTE?

I needed a partner who could work on mobile developments for my clients, so whenever I have a mobile development project, they do it for me.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the moment, we’re working with them to develop an app for both Android and iOS that can connect flower vendors all over the world and accept orders from anywhere. In terms of technology, they work with React Native and Larabel.

What was the team composition?

We’ve been working with four people from their team; a UI/UX designer, a project manager, the CEO, and a developer.

How did you come to work with IT OESTE?

They contacted us at first, and we started with a couple of projects. From then on, we started growing our collaboration.

How much have you invested in them?

In this last project, we’ve spent about $5,000 USD so far, but it could grow up to $25,000–$30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working on this project since May 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had outstanding results so far. The app is still in process, but I’m pleased with what they have done so far. They’re also working quickly, so it is going excellent. 

How did IT OESTE perform from a project management standpoint?

We have weekly meetings where the project manager shows all the progress of the project. They also send me videos so that I can show the progress to my colleagues. We also have a WhatsApp group where we communicate for any updates or requests.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Whenever we’ve had any questions or requests, they’re available to solve them right away. I’ve worked with many IT companies in the past, and as a developer myself, I know that the processes of communication with clients tend to be slow sometimes — they’re a lot more flexible in that case, and that has made a difference.

Are there any areas they could improve?

So far, I don’t have any complaints.
