In total I have worked 4 employees but MIKE was the best !

"Our corporate loved working with IT-Geeks. We had a lot of experience with shopify and shopify experts but honestly this was the best experience we had. Mike did an amazing job, we were able to reach him anytime e-mail or call. he fixed everything we have asked. He was so kind and quick even though I was annoying some times :) Can't be happier than this ! Thank Mike, thanks It-Geeks team. amazing job done !!!"

For what projects/services did your company hire IT-Geeks, and what were your goals?

We hired IT-Geeks for the Shopify Store setup. We had the idea and strategy but did not know how to implement it. We had a discussion with CEO of IT-Geeks, Mr. Rahul. He told us about Shopify and how to setup the e-commerce store. He gave us so many suggestions on every aspect of the store. From designing to products. How the banners should look like or which sections are required even setting up the shipping and payments on the store.

After that our manager Mr. Tom, he help us to develop the complete store and brought our idea to real world. That was amazing working with them and they helped achieve our goals.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were searching for a couple of platforms and how to create a website for our brand. From one of my friend, I came to know abut Shopify. I explored a bit more on that and found that Shopify have so many Experts that are listed on their website. From there IT-Geeks was on the Top and I found their contact number as well from there. I just directly gave them a call. I discussed with them and I really liked the way they presented all the things and suggestions and I became a fan.

Frankly speaking, I do not had any idea how to build this up or even how to start and who to get connected with. I discussed with IT-Geeks team and they gave the best details.

Scope of the work included:

• Setup of a Shopify store
• Designing the website
• Creating and uploading the products
• Setting up shipping and payments
• Testing the website on different parameters
• Providing support

Technologies used: Shopify - Liquid language HTML CSS JS

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Mr. Rahul, the CEO of IT-Geeks. He helped me a lot in providing the suggestions and guiding the proper way out. Mr. Tom , Senior Project Manager at IT-Geeks. He was the main point of contact for me and I had daily meeting and calls with him. He was a good person and very hardworking.

Other than that they had a team of developers and designers who worked on my store. Also there was Migration Team that worked on uploading the products to my Shopify store.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

IT-Geeks was very accommodating and responsive. Thanks to the team for the wonderful work on the creation of our new website, we could not be more pleased.

Our new site looks and performs amazingly. They work fast and even if the task is a bit complicated they patiently try to understand so that we get the correct output. They were able to fix the problem and provide solutions that really helped us with our problem.

Wonderful service, they understood what I needed and they were able to make suggestions for how to improve my original idea to make my Shopify store easier to manage in the future.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

For project management, they used various different tools and techniques. - Emails - Shopify Platform - Trello - Slack - Phone calls - Zoom Meetings

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was really happy with their service and really professional work they have completed on my project. I definitely recommended it. My website looks really beautiful and attractive, I am impressed with that. Everything was smooth. What can I say Shopify experts! Thanks for top quality services. I hope we will continue working together.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The areas of improvements. I cannot think of any at the moment. But I will say that they do all the work perfectly. No mistakes. Small things get ignored if everything is perfect.
