I have hired IT-Geeks for two different jobs. The first was to customize my product menus and then to fix a major issue that I was having with the search menu. The most recent job was to embed videos onto my sites homepage using code. I also asked them to customize the "add to cart" buttons and to make certain product titles clickable.

Shopify has a list of website experts and IT-Geeks was among them. After reaching out to a few different companies, I decided to go with IT-Geeks. I chose them because they were very quick to respond. They replied with a list of my issues so that I was sure they understood what needed to be resolved. I appreciated that there would be no confusion about the job at hand.

In the first project, I needed them to add a custom product menu. I was also having odd pages pop up when I tried to search for specific items on the search menu. On the second project, I was having some issues with videos playing consistently. I needed IT-Geeks to embed the videos with code and to make the videos smaller on the screen. I also needed them to customize the "add to cart" buttons.
Before starting each job, IT-Geeks was sure to repeat back exactly what I needed fixed. They then got my permission before proceeding with the job. I was contacted within 48 hours on both jobs letting me know that a preview of their work was available. On the first project, there was one adjustment that was needed and it was completed within 24 hours. On the second project, everything was perfectly done the first time.

I communicated with 2 different people. I'm not sure what their titles were. One techs name was Rahul and the other was Bob. Both were very professional and courteous!

My search menu is now operating exactly the way that it should and my upgraded product menu looks far more professional. I am also impressed by how consistently the videos now play on my home page since IT-Geeks fixed them.

I feel it was very effective. Bob and Rahul were both very clear in their email communications. I had no problems understanding what work they intended to do.
