They built a beautiful, high-functioning site with advanced customizations, custom shipping logic, and unique product page layouts.  ITGeeks also helped implement customizations to our cart to promote conversions.
They also developed multiple custom apps — features nobody else has — built specifically for our needs.  These complex features serve our customers and set us apart from other e-commerce sellers.

ITGeeks planned and executed our entire site migration, moving customer data, sales history, and product data into the Shopify system.  SEO was optimized, redirects were established, organic links were preserved, and our domain authority was not impacted.

As promised, ITGeeks accomplished the smoothest GoLive we’ve ever experienced.
No SEO dip, no bugs, no scrambling. Our new site launched cleanly and started showing up in search almost immediately.

Site performance increased across the board — from page speed to conversions.  Our new Shopify site is more efficient, better-looking, and more powerful than our old website.  The Shopify platform gives us more features, better data, and seamless integration with all our Google tools.

Project management was key to this entire project.  The Project Manager, Amy Jackson, was with us from the beginning of this project until the end.  She participated in meetings with 3rd-party services to make sure they aligned with the project work they were conducting.  We received daily updates and had access to the backend platform to monitor and approve the work being completed.  Amy is an excellent communicator and is very proficient with the Shopify platform.  Amy and her team worked hard to deliver on every promise.  They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working.  They exceeded our expectations, responding to every need.

We are a small team running both a brick and mortar shop as well as an ecommerce platform. Our old POS/website was with Lightspeed and we decided it was time to move to somethiing more flexible and robust. Once we settled on Shopify, we found ITGeeks listed as a partner who could help us with the migration and design process.

From the beginning of contact, ITGeeks has been helpful with sorting out what needed to be traansferred, how to prepaare for the process, the timeline, the expectations, and offered support every step of the way. 

We now have a fully functional Shopify site that looks great, works wonderfully, and is heads and tails above what we offered before!

ITGeeks promptly delivered exactly what we were hoping for in a reasonable timeline. We did not have any downtime due to the migration process and in fact, our online sales almost immediately increased!

Our project was delayed for a month due to our area being hit by a natural disaster and the loss of a team member. The appearance of the box cant hinder general browsing of cars, and should only appear when availability is requested.

They then inputed conditional formating where I could recieve custom information for personalizaiton of my product listing if a add-on option  (cusotmization option) was selected . They also edited my packing slip in a way that made it more clear and organized.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project they completed now allows me to accept custom information from customers which in turn will help my store generate more revenue and provide a better experience for my customers.

The project was done in a timely manner and Sam was always so quick to respond to my details and requests. Very good communication.
