    Our Story

    I’m Ilya — founder, CEO & CTO of IT Flow AI. I came to Warsaw in 2020 to study and stayed. I hold two Master’s degrees (AI and Data Science) and I’m preparing to pursue a PhD in AI in the US.

    In 2023 I formed a small, well-coordinated team in Poland. We work milestone-based with clear acceptance criteria and a calm cadence — scope, timeline, and budget are agreed upfront before each milestone starts.

    I personally lead every project end-to-end and communicate directly with clients.
