I needed someone to build a new website and then host it for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ISOFT Enterprises designed and developed a dynamic website for me. I first spoke with them to give them an idea of what I wanted. I also sent a document with my requirements along with some content I created. The team then sent me an invoice and created a sample website. Eventually, we landed on a final version. They continue to maintain and host the site.

I work primarily with a web developer, but I’ve also interacted with the CEO.

The CEO was a former colleague.

The project started in April 2008, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They said they would have it done within three months, and they delivered the site in two months. Now, whenever the website is down, they’d contact us to inform us of what’s happening.

How did ISOFT Enterprises perform from a project management standpoint?

They provide accurate timelines and deliver on time. They also stick to the budget and sometimes even go below budget. We manage the project using Microsoft Projects.

Their communication is top-notch. We use WhatsApp, phone calls, and email, and they’re very responsive. Every weekend, they give us a preview of what they’ve done and what’s left for them to do.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism is unparalleled.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had a blockchain project recently, and unfortunately, they didn’t have the expertise needed to help me, so I had to look for another vendor.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’ve referred some of my friends to ISOFT Enterprises, and none of them have ever complained.
