We found IQC online and was a very good decision for the company

The team conducted intensive user research for UI & UX. They developed and successfully deployed our new dashboards to the market. They were extremely professional, met deadlines, and adapted to moving situations. We are extremely pleased and happy with their work. We hope to work with them fro the foreseeable future.

We worked directly with the founder and his team.

We successfully deployed our new dashboards to the market which helped with user experience and sales.

Very efficient and easy to work with setting us good communication tools. Overall a great and pleasurable experience.

The UI / UX skills were amazing as well as their attention to detail and deep understanding and research on what we were trying to achieve.

No - overall could not have been a better experience.

We get info from them that they work UX/UI and have a call. After that, we started on the first project, and we are satisfied with how it went.

I had an idea and I needed someone to create a professional-looking interface and combine it with my needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew IQC company from previous(smaller) cooperations so I decided to work again with them since results were satisfactory.

IQC Design worked on UX and mobile game design. We executed flows and made sure to post elements on the map and have the best approach to level-ups and the game flow itself.

In total, there were two persons working with us. Both of them were UI/UX designers.

IQC design always provided all the assets and resources needed to complete the project. It was very detailed and clean.

Communication was great, even if I had some special requests they were able to handle that.

Their creativity was beyond my expectations.

As far as my project is considered, everything was perfect!

We created an educational mobile application that helps technical schools to go thru courses and accomplish tests and get certified. There were three different user groups - teacher, students, and admin side. Successfully executed. I am one of the leaders of the project.

UI/UX Design and UX research. We wanted to create a simple yet effective educational app.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got a recommendation from a friend of ours that used his services.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a lot of meetings with the team. We provided them with everything they needed and were in constant talk with them. Before we launched the app they helped us trough the beta testing.

The manager was the main source of contact. I would also like to add that we were in a constant talk with the developers of our app they were rly communicative.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within the first month of launching the app we saw thousands of downloads, also we got a gigantic amount of positive feedback from our clients.

Project manager was supper communicative and was easy to reach at all times. We were using multiple platforms to chat/call but for chat mostly mail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The amount of effort they put in to do the project in the time agreed upon the making of the deal. Also they had great patience with us since we didn't know a lot about making mobile apps they also guided us trough the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing. Everything was perfect from his side. The meetings the work basically everything.

We have created a new dashboard for a new use case ahead of schedule and can now move on to even greater projects!

Very! We are all on Slack together, and IQC are always available for a video call if needed.

They are great people to work with, and they really care about design and usability.
