While our experience with IPRoyal was overwhelmingly positive, one area where they could potentially enhance their service is by offering even more frequent check-ins during the early stages of a project. Although they were always responsive to our needs, having additional touchpoints in the initial phases could further ensure that every aspect of the solution aligns with evolving requirements. However, this is a minor point, as they were incredibly proactive and thorough throughout the entire process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I purchased their proxies less than 24 hours ago. They do not work at all. I started chatting with them 20 mins after the purchase for help, and they have not been able to get it to work. These people are frauds offering a service that doesn't work and recommending that you switch to nonrefundable products without warning it is nonrefundable, other products that also do not work. I really tried to work with them and was patient.

Nothing. not impressed at all. not unique. the pay more for ads than anyone else

I eventually requested a supervisor and was refused that for some reason. I repeated myself several times. Sent the same pictures to prove it is not working several times. They refuse to give me a refund for a product that does not work properly. They tell me I can use it for something else, but I keep explaining that I have no other use for a proxy and just need a refund. Very bad customer service, and the products just don't work. Terrible customer service. What a waste of time and money. Next time just give a refund I mean its within 24 hours. This is sincerely ridiculous.

Wants me to do all the troubleshooting even though I provided clear evidence, screenshots of the their own IPRoyal Tester software and feedback and tried multiple suggestions. Then received a number of additional "Tasks I have to do" to help them solve the service downtime. Refused to provide me a Refund after I switched to another much better provider.
