Customer feedback, user experience as the Admin. It had to be better than our previous portal in all aspects.

Absolutely. Very good communication and a rare ability to really 'get' who we are and what we do, which meant he knew how to approach the build. Anything we tested that we didn't like was addressed immediately and made good.
