We were building a software testing product and reached out to Invezza Technologies. We had to develop different features like Test case generation, Defect Reporting, Dashboard etc. features for both Web and Mobile.

Their Project manager is a highly technical person who always helped us handle the change requests. They have done great work with professionalism and responded to our requests. They used to share all the daily reports on our daily status calls.

For what projects/services did your company hire Invezza Technologies, and what were your goals?

Invezza was hired to develop a web app - Digital Learning Diagnostic Tool to help potential clients find the learning solution. The intended outcome was that in order to access the diagnostic tool, a user would need to register on the website and go through the approval procedure. This tool is developed using the WordPress CMS platform and deployed on AWS infrastructure.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected Invezza based on their focus on technical expertise, and their experience in working with other edtech organisations.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the work requirements. Invezza then came back with their plan for implementation and timelines. We agreed on this. Once the project commenced we had regular meetings and Invezza kept me fully up to date with progress through a shared project management software. Regular meetings were also held via this portal.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were approximately 10 different people who worked with me on this project, with one key project manager who oversighted the project and kept all stakeholders on track.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was delivered on time, to expectations, and to the agreed costing. I was very happy with the outcome.

We had weekly catchups via Teams, and there was a project management software that was used to track all activities and delivery to milestones.

The communication was fantastic- timely, clear, and detailed. They worked hard to understand my requirements, provided examples, and ensured I understood the project timelines.

We hired Invezza tech for development of Arogyum's website and mobile app with payment gateway integration.

Total of 5 people were involved in overall development process. 3 software developers incl sr software engineer. 1 design manager And CEO himself was very supportive through whole process till successful completion of the project.

After launch, no issues observed with performance. Customers loved website and mobile app experience.

Invezza tech is very professional when it comes to project handling. Timely communication, timely completion of project milestones, effective communication of issues and concerns. Was very satisfied with the way project was handled and completed.

Their focus on customer satisfaction was impeccable. Would like to describe them as Very customer centric business solutions provider. Secondly great creative team.
