What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Several milestones along the way unlocking payment. Figma design was 1, then frontend 2 with 3 and 4 being clusters of the backend. After 4 they worked to get approved in App Store. My product design created an issue with App Store. I was given fair pricing to fix and see the project through.

They were very timely and communicative about their progress. Seeking feedback or my input as it was developed. Inventively was excited to see the app and my vision through.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’ve had past experiences with incomplete work, leaving me with bills already paid and a pile of code I cannot use. Inventively stuck with project through some flaws in my design and very reasonably gave me ability to continue and finish development.

Honestly, very happy.

I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Chapperone, which is based in NYC. We are a software platform that better connects experience and learning for students and educators.

For what projects/services did your company hire Inventively Ltd, and what were your goals?

We had some previous developers create a mobile app for us, but we weren't happy with the quality of work they produced or their work process. We wanted Inventively to take over both maintenance and development of new features of the existing app.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had spoken to Marcin a few years ago when we were looking for developers. Our needs at that time changed, so we didn't proceed with working together, but we stayed in touch and I contacted him now and again. When we did need a new development team, I got back in touch.

We scheduled several meetings with him and the CTO. We were both impressed with Marcin's responsiveness, his ability to understand the project brief in detail and his insights into how the development process would work.

Once we decided we wanted to move forward with Marcin and his team, we scheduled several meetings to go over workflow, company needs and then set up our first sprint. We use Jira to document a list of our development goals, then we have a sprint planning meeting.

Marcin and his team are very thorough about making sure they understand the brief. Once the sprint starts, we communicated over Slack. Then once the work is completed, we have a sprint review and plan for the next one. Marcin and his team are developing the app for us in React Native and we use MongoDB and Firebase.

They have always delivered high-quality work within the expected timeframe.

The projects are always managed smoothly and clearly. We communicate regularly but not too often, and are kpet informed of the status of the sprints, any issues they have come across and what information they might need from us. It is a real pleasure to work with them because of this.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have worked with multiple developers previously, and Inventively Ltd is by far the best development company we've ever worked with. I trust them implicitly, which cannot be said for a lot of developers out there. The quality of their work is high, and they are always willing to go above and beyond for us. Marcin seems to really care not just about the development of the app, but about the success of our company too. He is an absolute pleasure to work with

A relatevely complex, but functionally incomplete, mobile app for both iOS and Android had to be:

• brought up-to-date with latest dev environments;
• modified to remove some legacy UI;
• enhanced to use existing online service backends for querying and storage;
• and completed to the point of relevant app store submission

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Progress has been steady, but often delayed by the simultaneous (and large) devops-related changes to the service backends that were outside of Inventively's control.

Both iOS and Android apps have been made available for testing throughout, via the relevant beta channels.

Delivery was generally very prompt, with any delays outside of their control.

They were very responsive to in-project changes to requirements.
