- Collaboration tools that allowed our team to review, comment, and approve financing proposals in real time.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We hired Intuitia to build a digital platform that could simplify and modernize our solar financing process, and the results exceeded our expectations. Our old system worked, but it was slow and confusing for both clients and our team. Intuitia redesigned everything from the ground up, making the interface clean and intuitive. Tasks that used to take hours like onboarding new clients or reviewing financing requests now happen in a fraction of the time. Support inquiries dropped because users can navigate the platform without help, and our internal team collaborates more smoothly thanks to the new workflow tools.
Within the first month, we saw a clear boost in efficiency and were able to process more financing requests without delays. Beyond the numbers, the feedback from clients has been overwhelmingly positive they say the platform finally feels modern and easy to use. The entire project was delivered on schedule, and Intuitia’s team made the process seamless from start to finish.

What stood out most was their integrated approach UX design and software development were handled in-house, ensuring that functionality and usability were aligned from the start. Beyond technical expertise, they brought empathy and humor to the collaboration, making the entire process enjoyable and engaging.

We found little room for improvement. Intuitia demonstrated consistency, reliability, and innovation throughout the project, and we are highly satisfied with the outcome.

We initially provided Intuitia with a clear brief outlining the objectives we wanted to achieve. They responded with a structured design methodology that focused on analyzing user stories and mapping customer journeys. Their approach went beyond the immediate scope, as they identified opportunities we hadn’t considered and proposed solutions that addressed both current challenges and future growth.
The outcome was a comprehensive design system and a refreshed UI framework. They worked extensively in Figma to deliver a cohesive UX/UI design that could be applied consistently across Qashflo’s ecosystem.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although the designs haven’t yet gone into full production, we tested them through client demos. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive clients appreciated the clarity, flow, and modern feel of the new system. Internally, we were impressed by how Intuitia embraced every challenge and consistently returned with fresh ideas. Their work gave us confidence that the final rollout will resonate strongly with our users.

Their project management was excellent. Coordinating across multiple stakeholders both internal and external was no small task, but they handled it with professionalism and precision.
While Intuitia typically used Monday.com, we asked them to adapt to ClickUp, which is our internal system. They went the extra mile to learn it and integrate their workflow into ours, which made collaboration smoother and demonstrated their flexibility.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their ability to truly listen. They didn’t just deliver designs; they engaged in meaningful dialogue, constantly asking for feedback and incorporating it. At the same time, they weren’t afraid to challenge our assumptions when necessary, which led to stronger outcomes. Their balance of expertise and openness made them feel less like an external agency and more like an extension of our own team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Intuitia could have done differently?

One minor area for improvement would be acting more quickly on client demo feedback during the process. While the overall results were excellent, addressing feedback in real-time could have added even more value. That said, this was a small detail in an otherwise outstanding collaboration.
