They began with an in-depth discovery phase, where they interviewed our team to understand our goals, pain points, and the current state of the app. From there, they developed detailed user personas and mapped out a monetization strategy that aligned with our brand values.
Once the strategy was clear, we moved into a scoping phase to define the MVP and prioritize features within our budget. Intuitia then translated these ideas into tangible designs, producing wireframes and prototypes in Figma that captured both functionality and aesthetics.

Although we’re still in the early stages of implementing the new design, Intuitia’s work has already saved us significant time and resources. Their structured approach helped us visualize opportunities we hadn’t considered, especially around monetization. The team treated the project with seriousness and creativity, exploring multiple directions before presenting well-thought-out recommendations. It was clear they were invested in delivering value beyond the immediate scope.

The monetization strategy could have been explored in greater depth. While the design work was outstanding, we felt the team could have communicated more clearly about what was necessary to keep the project tightly scoped. That said, the overall experience was highly positive, and we would gladly collaborate with Intuitia again.

Our old system worked, but it was slow and confusing for both clients and our team. Intuitia redesigned everything from the ground up, making the interface clean and intuitive. Tasks that used to take hours like onboarding new clients or reviewing financing requests now happen in a fraction of the time. Support inquiries dropped because users can navigate the platform without help, and our internal team collaborates more smoothly thanks to the new workflow tools.
Within the first month, we saw a clear boost in efficiency and were able to process more financing requests without delays. Beyond the numbers, the feedback from clients has been overwhelmingly positive they say the platform finally feels modern and easy to use. The outcome was a comprehensive design system and a refreshed UI framework. They worked extensively in Figma to deliver a cohesive UX/UI design that could be applied consistently across Qashflo’s ecosystem.

Although the designs haven’t yet gone into full production, we tested them through client demos. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive clients appreciated the clarity, flow, and modern feel of the new system. Internally, we were impressed by how Intuitia embraced every challenge and consistently returned with fresh ideas. Their work gave us confidence that the final rollout will resonate strongly with our users.

Their project management was excellent. Coordinating across multiple stakeholders both internal and external was no small task, but they handled it with professionalism and precision.
While Intuitia typically used Monday.com, we asked them to adapt to ClickUp, which is our internal system. They went the extra mile to learn it and integrate their workflow into ours, which made collaboration smoother and demonstrated their flexibility.

What impressed us most was their ability to truly listen. They didn’t just deliver designs; they engaged in meaningful dialogue, constantly asking for feedback and incorporating it. At the same time, they weren’t afraid to challenge our assumptions when necessary, which led to stronger outcomes. Their balance of expertise and openness made them feel less like an external agency and more like an extension of our own team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Intuitia could have done differently?

One minor area for improvement would be acting more quickly on client demo feedback during the process. While the overall results were excellent, addressing feedback in real-time could have added even more value. That said, this was a small detail in an otherwise outstanding collaboration.
