The scope of work included the development of a comprehensive platform to support and optimize our agency’s internal processes. Key deliverables included a custom-built funnel builder, website builder, and lead call center software. Intovative also developed tools for Facebook marketing analytics, client management features, and extended an existing platform we had already built.

In addition, they created a cloud-based platform infrastructure, advanced KPI analysis tools, and intelligent recommendation systems. Overall, the project represented a significant expansion of our software ecosystem, tailored specifically to the operational and strategic needs of our agency.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the platform developed by Intovative, we were able to position our agency not only as a service provider but also as a software company in the market. This strategic shift significantly increased our appeal to investors, who now evaluate us more and more as a tech-driven business. As a result, we have been able to demonstrate a noticeably higher company valuation than we could have achieved without this software infrastructure.

Project management was extremely reliable throughout the entire collaboration. We organized our workflow via Kanban boards, which kept everything transparent and efficient. Whenever deadlines were set, Intovative consistently delivered on time.

It was clear they weren’t just executing tasks — they genuinely took the time to understand the project, challenge assumptions, and ensure that every requirement made strategic sense. We had a mobile app that was built with an older version of React native. The app needed to be refactored and then migrated to Expo. After thorough testing, we were able to deploy the app on Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store).

The project was completed successfully, the app was deployed in production,

The vendor was quite responsive. Deliveries were generally on time. There were some delays due to tech debt (the complexity of existing code) and some libraries not being available for Expo, but that was understandable. Overall, they managed the project very well.

We did face some complex and unforeseen tech challenges during this project, but the Intovative team always did what was needed to overcome any obstacles and get the job done. They even contributed to solving some back end issues which was not at all in their job description.
