I’m the product manager of a children’s daycare company.

We needed someone to develop our system, so we hired intosoft.

The intosoft team developed our system and its functionalities. They handled the software application and mobile app, both of which are meant for children’s daycare.

Most of the time I worked with the developer, who is also my main contact from the team.

The company I work for has probably invested something in the range of $10,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been with intosoft for two years now, since May 2019, and we’re still working with them.

We were very happy with their services.

Our communication with intosoft has been very good. I contact them daily.

Overall, I have a great relationship with intosoft. They are kind and work well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t come up with anything for them to improve. I’m very happy working with them.

I'm the CEO of a web agency in Sweden. We have 2 employees and 20+ outsourcing consultants.

We needed a company with mobile app expertise.

We wanted to make a mobile app for our customers.

One of our partners in Minsk recommended them, so we arranged to meet them.

They gave us nice impression when we met. They came across as organized and serious about their business.

What was the team composition?

They provided 4 resources for our project. My role in the project was as the project owner, and they handled the rest of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did a good business analysis job, maybe too well done. They delivered the project on time and facilitated good teamwork between both vendors working on the project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their business analysis work and they gave a high-quality delivery

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think it would be better to find a more optimal level of quality. The quality was great, but they also need to consider cost when determining the quality level.
