Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a Marketing Manager at CSHARK, a software development, and product design company, that has been helping enterprises in digital transformation and start-ups with translating ideas into products since 2014.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire INTHESKY Branding Studio, and what were your goals?

Company development plans related to entering new markets, acquiring new customers as well as new employees made it necessary to refresh the company's image. We wanted CSHARK to look modern, but also professional. The INTHESKY agency made a brand visual concept for us. We changed the logo and colors, we also received the graphic leitmotif of the brand. All the works were summarized in an extensive brand book. The agency also prepared a dedicated website design for us.

We talked to several agencies in Poland, but INTHESKY's portfolio, professional approach, and the questions they asked convinced us that they know what they are doing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Rebranding was implemented in 2018. Until today, we prepare documents and marketing materials on the basis of visual identification created by INTHESKY.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We received a work plan from INTHESKY, divided into stages and implementation time. Everything was carried out as planned. We were in constant contact with the PM, who also is the founder of the agency. Communication was mainly based on e-mail and face-to-face meetings. Materials were made available to us using the dropbox tools.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

INTHESKY branding studio is a small agency with a creative team. They paid us a lot of attention and were always available to us. They have experience in implementing projects for various clients including software houses, so that they can advise on the best solution for the brand and its goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After some time, we know what things we would change due to inconveniences in our daily work - e.g. dedicated fonts. However, it is rather an individual matter for the brand.

What challenge were you trying to address with INTHESKY Branding Studio?

We hired INTHESKY Branding Studio to provide website design services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have workshops to brainstorm ideas for the design. They then help us develop custom websites and web stores, providing web design, branding, among other things. They’ve also come up with the wireframes, mock-ups, and designs, working on ADOBE XD and other programs.

What is the team composition?

It depends on the project. Usually, we work with 2–3 people from their team, including some designers and project managers. One person is the lead designer and the other is in charge of analytics.

How did you come to work with INTHESKY Branding Studio?

They’re also from Wroclaw. We worked with them on a project for a client, and we felt that they did a good job, so we decided to choose them again.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2018, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have any statistics or metrics. If the design is good, we let them know they did a good job and that we’ll go live.

How did INTHESKY Branding Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly use shared documents via Google and communicate through emails, phone calls, and meetings. If we need to, we use Jira, but it’s not that common.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like the job they’ve done for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We’ve had a great cooperation.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just talk to them, and they will give you the estimation and prepare the design.
