Customized their in-house CRM to use for our email based marketing goals, which provides a UI for on-demand marketing and also integrates well with our backend services to automate a few Promotions and marketing related workflows. Delivered a dynamic and responsive UI built using SVG, Canvas and React JS, optimized for good performance and as per our requirements.

Custom web based charts - that are already being used by our subscribers to help them with their trading decision process.
Functioning CRM access and integration - we are already using this successfully for our marketing, promotional and notification activity.

The project management aspect was professional and requirements and timelines were well tracked. Delivery was on time for all pre-planned items, but in a few cases, where we had multiple pivots during the course of our implementation due to various dynamic business related reasons, they were quite helpful and readily accepted and worked on new requirements and also put efforts to innovate and adapt to our changing needs.

Developer resources are quite good and the overall setup is perfectly suited for a small initial phase startup as the billing structure is accomdative and they do not complain or hesitate to put in needed extra mile efforts to make the final product outcome a success.
Normally developers resist or hesitate when the client wants to pivot or in case the requirements change during the course of implementation, but these guys took all such events in a positive way and overall all of it helped with making our product being accepted positively by our initial customers.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Intertwine Technologies could have done differently?
Given our limited budget we could only wish we could get more of their developers on board for a faster overall execution. Though, as our business and revenue grows, we do plan to increase the team size.
