Our Story

Interfell started in 2016 in Mérida, Venezuela, with three laptops and 60 dollars we used to buy the domain. Founded by Daniel Juárez, Aurora Pérez and Juan Manuel Rodríguez. We worked remotely before it was normal, grew to 60+ people, and rebuilt after the 2023 tech hiring freeze with clearer processes and the Smart Hiring plans. In 2025 we joined the Simera Group. Today we are 23 people, with 2,000+ hires closed and 210 professionals working across 18 countries.
