Key deliverables include a streamlined user interface and core functionalities to support our service offerings. This effort aimed to establish a foundation for our tech-enabled platform to engage and serve small business users effectively!

The collaboration between Next Street and Interexy led to notable outcomes highlighting immediate success and foundational progress. The launch of the MVP SaaS Platform in New York City marked a significant milestone, achieving initial market penetration and user engagement, as evidenced by increased registration and interaction. 

Concurrently, our joint effort to develop a secure and scalable platform architecture significantly contributed to obtaining SOC certification, affirming our commitment to stringent security and data protection standards. This, combined with their clear and efficient communication and well-organized workflow, showcased a high degree of professionalism and competence that was truly remarkable.

We believe that more detailed and real-time reporting would provide even greater transparency and help us track progress more effectively. Also implementing a structured feedback process could help ensure they continue to meet and exceed our expectations. Despite these areas for improvement, we want to emphasize that we were overall very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

We now have a working MVP and are in the process of raising venture capital.

A project manager was assigned to the team to meet with weekly to discuss progress and help needs. The rest of the team included a backend, front end, and QA tester

After a year of development, an app and website was created in tandem for the work included in the contract. The deliverables met expectations.

Initially, it was off to a rocky start, and it seemed like there was a disconnect between our team and the project team. Our next project manager seemed to have more insight into app development, and they communicated well with both parties to keep us on the same page.

They were very patient with us being new to app development. They were also knowledgeable about designs and the tools needed to be integrated to complete the work.
