BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the e-commerce manager for Moods of Norway, a global women's and men's apparel company with retail, wholesale, and online channels.

For what projects/services did your company hire Intensify?

We hired Intensify to improve our SEM (search-engine marketing) strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase traffic to and conversions from our online platform.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

After working with several mid- to large-scale ad agencies, a friend recommended I try working with Intensify, as they could offer a more detailed and tailored approach to our SEM.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Initially, we spoke with Alex [Principal, Intensify] about our previous experiences with ad agencies and where we felt they could have improved their strategies. Alex worked on a proposal to meet our goals within our budget.

What was the team composition?

Alex's team worked with our graphic designer to execute all necessary assets. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Intensify quickly improved our results after taking over our SEM and helped double our e-commerce sales within just six months. Intensify brought qualified customers to the site, which allowed me to turn them into loyal customers. I couldn't be more pleased with the results of our collaboration.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was really impressed with their communication skills. Intensify maintained weekly availability and scaled their involvement during busy periods.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciated the results of their campaigns as well as the speed at which they were able to reach our goals.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I really didn’t have any concerns.
