Hi, my name is Lana Suman Eror, i work for the company, SUMAN d.o.o., my position is Sales & Marketing at SUMAN. it is a family business that produce Parasols and Awnings for business and commercial use.

We hired Inspiration Agency for running Google ads campaigns, our goal was to have reliable partner for developing our inbound marketing campaigns. With large number of competitors we had to find someone who will take care of us on daily basis.

Before we were working with another company, and we needed a change, since on our market there is a large amount of competitors that sell different types for sun shades. We gave them the budget that we were willing to invest in these type of marketing, and they did the best out of it. We felt the change immediately. Later we expanded the budget since we had great feedback.

What was the team composition?

On regular basis we are working with two representatives, one is key account manager and other is advertising expert.

PPC campaigns focus on web page lead generation for several product categories in the sun-protecting industry, including awnings and parasols. The campaign's primary goals align with our business goals, so we see permanent growth with Google Ads campaigns. We are targeting CPA of approximately 5 EUR

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have regular live or video meetings, getting in touch also over the phone and email. They typically respond and resolve tasks we have for them promptly. They are my first go to partners, with any question, idea in their area.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They do not approach any task as a typical marketing agency but more as a business partner. They're trying to focus on solving our business goals with most efficient marketing tools.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

So far we are satisfied with their work.

I'm a marketing manager in a company with four sales programs:

• KoopChem: Wide range of self-adhesive tapes, adhesives, and sealers for industry and construction.
• KoopAutomotive: Professional automotive tools and equipment for mechanical and tire work-shops.
• MySun: A brand for electric heating.
• Ekogradnja: Eco-friendly, 100 % natural, sustainable building materials for home construction.

For what projects/services did your company hire Inspiration Agency, and what were your goals?

When expanding our brand MySun to the Croatian market in 2020, we needed a Croatian digital agency to run PPC advertising on Google. The goal was to increase sales and revenue and strengthen the brand in a foreign market.

We marketed IR panels, electric underfloor heating, and electric radiators. Because campaigns were successful, we decided to expand our cooperation to the Slovenian market. Today, Inspiracija is responsible for the digital advertising of all our sales programs (MySun, Ekogradnja, KoopAutomotive, and KoopChem - EHB Tapes) in different markets.

We heard about the Inspiracija agency through a recommendation. We held a meeting where we discussed our business and goals in detail, and we chose them based on their experience and market knowledge.

The project started with heavy market/kw research and competition assessment. Determining possible market risks, opportunities, the right audience, and key messages were crucial. The scope of work covers PPC, SEM & Remarketing, and Paid Social Media campaigns, including strategy, assets production, campaigns daily management, reporting, and optimization.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We work closely with the account manager, who coordinates internal roles of digital account strategist, advertising executive, and designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since working with the Inspiration agency, the PPC campaigns constantly grow and drive sales. By the end of 2021, we increased our online sales revenue by 64% compared to 2020.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our daily communication goes through emails. In addition, we have hour-long video meetings once or twice a month to go over each campaign's performance, address specific problems if there are any, and discuss new ideas. The team is always available for our additional questions and needs.

Inspiration agency matches our expectations in what we need to make our business grow. They are a reliable partner, and they always give us support in terms of advice and constructive debate whenever needed. The team is very responsive, and it is a pleasure to work with them.
