Design and produce a 2-minute explainer video animation.

What were your goals for this project?

A video that would easily explain how our software works to a non-technical audience.

Searched for highly-rated video production firms that specialise in explainer videos.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

I provided a general outline of what we wanted to show, and Inovit came up with the look and feel, then the storyboard, and then a sample scene. Once we were happy with the general approach, they created a first draft, and we fine-tuned from there.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Vlad is an excellent project manager. He's very communicative and responsive and always explained what the next step would be. On my first project we had extensive delays on my end due to organizational changes and he had the right combination of patience and follow-up.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Still too early, but our sales team loves the video and has started using it extensively.

Very effective - the iterative process worked very well.
