We hired Inova to help with our job boards on our website. Our goals were to create a better user experience by updating out job boards page to better serve our patients.

We selected this vendor because they came highly recommended.

We had a kick off meeting to decide what the best steps were. Inova provided us with three different options to get our job boards up and running. After choosing an option they got to work. Once they had delivered the project, some of our options had changed and we asked them to make a few changes. They took the changes very well and delivered the perfect product.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

General feedback about the deliverables were that they were perfect. They worked hard to get us the deliverables in a timely manner and worked extremely well with our team. They were super organized and the project finished on time and with a well developed product.

We had meetings every week and talked via slack and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with how organized they were during the process and how well they took feedback and bumps in the road.

I am the coordinator of the Albanian Orthodontics Association which is a non-profit organisation in the field of orthodontics founded on March 8, 2006

For what projects/services did your company hire INOVA?

Our organisation held a scientific event this year at an international level , so we needed to create an Instagram and web page for our foreigner participants to login to get information and also register. Besides this we needed support to maintain our Facebook and Instagram page.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for web designers until a friend recommended us INOVA after a very positive experience.

After a series of first orienting meetings and discussing what we wanted our website to look like and what our goal for the event were, we set weekly appointments to see how each part was working on their own to provide information needed for the website to build. The agenda would be set based on our needs and updates, until close to the end we would test the features to see if they would work and what changes were needed to be made.

In total we worked with 3 people, one web developer, one UI/UX Designer and one project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their documentation was very thorough and simple for us to understand, their explanation was also very clear and in all the tests we would perform we would notice that they were very user friendly. While we made the web page functional and our Instagram and Facebook more active, we started to get a lot of positive feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The group we worked with was very helpful and correct. We would have weekly meeting explaining every step during the way. They would always get back to us very quickly and hand the tasks in time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very collaborative and patient. They would get back to us in record time even when the project was ending and we needed extra help. The experience was overall very positive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things can always go better since the fields of operation between our group and theirs is very different. This meaning that sometimes we had small misunderstandings, but everything was finished in time and we were very happy.

We've had Inova do front end development work for us on our website making landing pages and doing a whole refresh to the look and feel of our web presence.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• They would push all work to a staging site for us to review and push live. 
• There were lots of landing pages and work done.

It took a little work from both of us to figure out the best cadence and communication to get things done on the timeline we wanted. They communicate really well and we were able to get in a groove.

For being a foreign company they speak English really well and are flexible about meeting with us.

I think we both could have done a better job at figuring out the scope of each piece of the project before we got started.

For what projects/services did your company hire INOVA, and what were your goals?

We were having issues managing the data of our PEG organizations which is a list of over 3000 access organizations and community media centers. We hired INOVA to build a custom CRM software for us in order to store, manage, and follow up with each organization. The goal was for all of our employees to use this software in order to store and manage data in one location, as well as use it to increase our productivity.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found this vendor through a referral. A co-worker who knew the CEO, suggested we reach out. We reached out to the CEO, who lives in US and discussed the project. He was very helpful in showing us similar projects his company had done in the past and was able to send us a project proposal within a day. We looked into the company, and decided to work with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We initially started with brainstorming sessions where the INOVA team started gathering loose requirements to better understand what we needed. Then, they sent us a detail design document which included mockups, workflows, technologies used, as well as detailed implementation of their proposed solution with milestones/dates. After reviewing and making some minor changes, we approved the detail design document.

INOVA team started development in 2-week sprints. We reviewed, refined, and approved each requirement ahead of each sprint and tested the delivered features at the end of each sprint. Once completed, we conducted several rounds of testing ahead of final signoff.

There were 5 people working on the project:

• 1 project manager from United States
• 3 developers
• 1 QA analyst.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we started using the software back in April of this year, we have seen continuous improvement in productivity and have been able to better measure our data trends through continuous analytic reports.

They had a very knowledgable project manager who had experience managing small and large projects in the United States for several companies. He was able to establish quickly a clear and productive communication channel with my team and his engineers. INOVA team was patient with us at every step. They used an Agile approach during the project development phases which helped us see things quickly and clearly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had flawless english communication skills, were very patient with us and always available for a call or meeting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The timezone was a bit of a challenge but the fact that the project manager was from US was able to help.
