In the process of optimizing our website, several tasks were undertaken. Initially, we addressed existing errors within the system to enhance its performance and functionality. Following this, we streamlined the website by removing redundant plugins, files, and unnecessary code segments. To bolster security measures, we implemented appropriate configurations and changed the admin URL for WordPress. 

Additionally, we focused on improving the user experience by optimizing registration forms for better usability and functionality. In terms of customization, we developed a child theme to allow for future enhancements while maintaining the integrity of the parent theme. Furthermore, user segmentation strategies were implemented to tailor user experiences based on specific criteria or behaviors. 

Finally, access to certain product views was restricted to specific user groups or segments for targeted content delivery. These steps collectively aimed to optimize performance, security, and user experience, ensuring efficient management and customization options for future enhancements.

The first approach consisted in creating different mockups and wireframes to build a symetric website between our brand and what we offer to our clients. Innova offered us different options and we finally opted for a specific design using an iterative and sprint methodology
