I am the general manager of a zero emissions delivery carrier in the UK.

Our website was severely out-dated and in need of a fresh rework. We required a company to help us with both web design and development. Our goals was to have a modern, functional website to better reflect our company.

We shortlisted three different companies but were very happy with the design Inkyy presented.

We had an initial call where we discussed our targets and design aesthetic. The call was hosted on Google Meets and subsequent communication was carried out on email.

Our main point of contact was there project manager. We also communicated with their CEO.

Inkyy's work was well received by out team and has had great feedback from our customers.

There was clear and prompt communication during the whole project. We emailed daily and also arranged Google Meet calls when necessary.

Inkyy were very professional at all times. Questions were answered quickly and the project was completed ahead of schedule.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was only one minor bug - due to a PHP issue which we should've updated before undergoing the rework - but Inkyy helped us quickly fix it!
