Grew from 0 to 300+ daily active users within the first months post-launch; and Onboarded over 100 active vendors within the first 6 month with minimal marketing.

Milestones were met consistently, and deliverables were completed on or ahead of schedule, including the website, mobile apps, admin panel, and vendor dashboards.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Initiative Tech Solutions Ltd could have done differently?

While our overall experience with Initiative Tech Solutions Ltd was highly positive, one area for improvement could be more detailed documentation during handover. Although the team was responsive and provided live support, having a more comprehensive user manual or technical guide for our internal team would have helped us become even more self-sufficient post-launch.

Additionally, while their flexibility was appreciated, structured status updates at fixed intervals (e.g., weekly summaries) would have made tracking progress even smoother, especially during peak development phases. That said, as a startup, their willingness to adapt and respond quickly still made the collaboration a success.
