Our request started from the design of the new e-commerce platform, to then proceed with a Marketing Business Plan capable of planning, for a period of 4 years, the achievement of specific objectives of visibility, leads and conversions, implementing specific SEO, PPC and Social Communication strategies.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

An initial Audit was carried out by photographing our situation in terms of visibility on search engines, brand awareness and appreciation, leads and conversions generated by previous online and offline marketing strategies implemented. Periodically at intervals of 30-40 days all the identified KPIs were monitored to define the partial progress until the achievement of the set objectives.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project was planned over a 24-month time frame: the first 4 months to create the new e-commerce platform and publish it, the following 6 months to implement an SEO strategy to push its positioning on search engines. At the same time, the management of Google Ads advertising campaigns and the management of managed social channels, with content and sponsored content, began. After 12 months, the overall ROI was already 4x the previous one. We continued with the same strategies driven by the data collected, bringing the ROI to 8x after 48 months. We currently continue to be followed with a frequency of 4/8 months a year.

First, I found great professionalism supported by an evident experience gathered over years of work. Another fundamental aspect is certainly their ability to listen to the customer and make the most of the experience in the field, useful for continuous improvement. Their strategy is Data Driven, so on a monthly basis all the data collected is shared with the customer to optimize and continuously improve the strategies in place. The promised results were not lacking, in fact they arrived even before the minimum time initially estimated. Another element that we appreciated is the maximum transparency in all management and the ability to always be proactive, in proposing new types of investment, new services, new strategies to implement, always supported by the numbers and forecasts in terms of costs/benefits for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something INGEMATIC Srl | INGEMATIC Digital Agency could have done differently?

Analyzing the initial analysis and the results obtained, I believe that there is absolutely nothing to improve. The only regret is that we did not choose Ingematic as our partner before!
