The scope of work included a comprehensive redesign and development of the entire website. Additionally, the backend was completely rewritten to address performance issues. The functionality for Diamond Fees Syncing, which was previously non-operational, was rectified and optimized for smooth performance. Finally, the entire platform was redeployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure enhanced stability and scalability.

Maintaining existing clients and being able to measure their usage of the site and the orders they place. We could also measure attracting new clients who had seen the site and registered for an account with us.
