InfoStar was founded in 1993 by Greg Sconce, who began by producing patient-education videos for dental offices. His grandson Mike Johnstone joined in 2002 and acquired the company in 2018. It is still family-owned and now builds custom websites, marketing, and business systems for dental practices, specialists, and businesses in any industry nationwide. Clients stay an average of nine years. There are no long-term contracts. When you call or text, you reach the people doing the work.

No. Ongoing services are generally month-to-month. Your proposal states the billing interval, what we manage, and what you provide before any work starts. Clients stay an average of about nine years because the work holds up, not because an agreement requires it. Occasionally, a unique project may call for a term agreement, but it's always discussed and fair for everyone.
