The project involved the extension of our IoT server application functionality to add bi-directional communication with our IoT devices, so that the devices could have commands sent to them by TCP.

This involved:

1. Creating a HTTP interface to issue commands from a client application
2. Formatting and sending the commands in the protocol
3. Managing the pending commands
4. Receiving, formatting and matching responses to pending commands
5. Responding via HTTP by matching responses to open HTTP requests
6. Managing Memory Leaks
