Please describe your company and your position there.

DFCU Financial is a credit union and I am the VP of System Engineering/Voice and Data.

For what projects/services did your company hire InetSolution, Inc., and what were your goals?

We hired InetSolution to redesign our public website because it was outdated and needed to be able to work with multiple devices. Also, we outsource our public website for them to manage the server and software our website resides on. We manage the content.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed 3 vendors and we felt Inetsolution provided the best resources for our needs. They had a strong design plan and there training materials gave us the ability to be able to manage the website on our own. Also, we like the comfort of having them manage the server and software at there facilities.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I am not going to go into every step we took. I can tell you that Inetsolution has very strong project management and they met all of our timelines and milestones. Also, they have strong change management and will provide you will the positives and negatives if you want to make changes to the objectives during your project. We really appreciate everything Inetsolution has provided to us and we continue to work with them to this day.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They had roughly 3-5 people working with us. Project manager, web designer, and web developers. They will be lean on the resources they need depending on what is entailed in your project. They are flexible and agile to meet your needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our public website speaks for itself. As mentioned previously our website was outdated and needed to be condensed. We had too much data on our website. Inetsolution helped us bring out the important data that our members want to see and read. Plus they helped us make the website more adaptable to all different types of browsers and mobile devices.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

As mentioned previously they have very strong project management skills. They keep you informed of the project timelines and they have very strong change control. Overall, they communicate with you on a regular basis and give you options and suggestions as to what works best for your website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We like that they were a smaller company and we get their top developers. I have seen other companies that have more people then Inetsolution but then companies our size tend to get the C or D developers on projects like this. You get Inetsolutions best developers when you hire them. I really appreciate everything they have done for us and I strongly recommend them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, we were very happy with what they have done for us. As I have mentioned we continue to work with them for other website needs plus we outsource our website for them to manage.
