I work as a project manager within the Property development business area at Construcciones Rubau.

We were preparing the launch of a new real estate project and we needed an agency that could see the strategy of capturing leads through digital channels. InboundPlus created a personalized proposal, based on our objectives, with well-defined actions and times. The campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads allowed us to meet the project goal within the established time range.

We found InboundPlus by searching on Google and decided to work with them because of their own methodology and their experience in real estate projects.

They first started by doing a demand analysis based on our ideal customer profile and their online purchasing behavior. Then they began to create content for each of the buyer stages focused on educating about the differential value of our project. Finally, they saw to create the campaigns from the part of the design and implementation of the landing page to the campaigns on the advertising platforms.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google were excellent. In 8 months we managed to exceed our goals of attracting new accounts and new clients, and as a consequence a resounding success for our project.

We had weekly meetings to review each action underway, optimize results and see future actions. At all times we felt accompanied by his team, always solving doubts that arose along the way.

They focus on providing results to their clients and at times there is a lot of pressure on their requirements, but they managed to meet the goals we had thanks to their methodology and team of professionals in strategic digital marketing.
