What challenge were you trying to address with IMVASA?

We hired IMVASA to improve our SEO performance, with a particular focus on generative engine optimization (GEO). The primary objectives were to increase our visibility in both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences, strengthen our organic presence, and help ensure SYNT-X was more discoverable by our target audience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IMVASA handled the end-to-end SEO strategy for SYNT-X, with a strong emphasis on GEO. The scope of work included conducting SEO and GEO audits, keyword and intent research, optimizing on-page content, implementing technical SEO improvements, creating and refining content for better discoverability, and developing strategies to improve visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. The main deliverables included SEO/GEO audit reports, optimization recommendations, content improvements, technical SEO enhancements, and ongoing performance monitoring and reporting. IMVASA worked across the entire SYNT-X website as part of the optimization process. This included all key website pages, content, technical SEO elements, metadata, site structure, and overall on-page optimization. The engagement also covered content enhancements and GEO optimizations to improve discoverability across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project delivered several measurable improvements. All key website pages were successfully indexed by search engines, our local SEO visibility improved significantly, and we achieved higher rankings for our target keywords. These improvements strengthened our overall organic search presence and increased our visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. During the project, our website generated approximately 53,400 search impressions and 2,000 organic clicks. The SEO and GEO efforts also contributed to 38 client acquisitions during the engagement period. In addition, we saw improved keyword rankings, stronger local SEO visibility, and increased overall search visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. We saw the most significant improvements in rankings and visibility for high-intent local keywords such as “digital marketing agency in Chennai” and “web development agency in Chennai.” We also gained strong visibility for AI- and GEO-focused search queries, including “AI for small business websites,” “AI SEO platform for local businesses,” “AI SEO for local businesses,” “small business AI websites,” “entity optimization services,” and “chatbot integration services.” These keyword improvements helped increase our organic visibility and attract more qualified traffic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the engagement and didn't have any major areas for improvement. If anything, more frequent performance review sessions or strategic planning meetings would have been a nice addition as the project scaled, but the overall execution and communication met our expectations.
