Impacto did our SEO and Facebook Ads. They fixed up the website, added pages for the different areas we clean in around Auckland, and got us showing up better on Google and in AI search results like ChatGPT.

For Facebook Ads, they set up the campaigns and ads, and built in better targeting and creatives so we weren't getting time wasted on bad leads.

They also send us a report each month so we can see how rankings and leads are tracking.

Our rankings improved for the areas we clean in around Auckland, and we started showing up in AI search results too, which we weren't before. Organic clicks tripled.

Leads from Facebook Ads also got better quality, less time wasted on people who were never going to book. CPL went down by $10 and number of leads went up 18%.

Impacto's work has resulted in a 620% ROAS, continuous booked jobs, and 20 leads per month. Since working with Impacto, we've seen a noticeable increase in inbound inquiries through our website, including more calls and submitted forms. Our inbound inquiries have tripled, and our Google rankings have improved. We're also getting more calls from people who found us through Google, and the quality of those leads has been better than what we were getting before. The quality of the leads is high, and although not all of them convert, they're good overall.

We’ve started receiving a significant increase in the number of calls we receive, around 300%. We’ve also seen major improvements in our website traffic and ad performance. Our website clicks have gone from around 100 clicks a month to 1,500. Our cost per lead has gone down, and our conversion rate has gone up. Overall, we’ve seen an increase in website traffic and phone calls. We got almost 200 phone calls last month, going from almost 0 several months ago.
