1. Improve appearance of existing UI/UX (create, edit, delete and execute workout plans)
2. Add user onboarding workflow that allows users to enter information like workout goals and body type
3. Add Journal feature which records workout done by users
4. Analytics of exercises done
5. Potential Ai recommendations feature

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

New user onboarding workflow was completed.

User onboarding workflow was completed.

However, the final deliverable has major and fundamental deficiencies, including but not limited to:

• Numerous basic UI/UX functionalities are missing. For example, the AI chat box design lacks a "send message" button and does not incorporate standard "chat bubble" visuals. There are also screens with no discernible entry points, and buttons with no clear functions.
• Failure to reflect essential features present in our existing app, such as the ability to edit or delete exercises from a user-created workout routine

The inclusion of irrevelant contents in the final designs is unprofessional. There is a screen with title "CalendarBudget", which is entirely irrelevant to our fitness app. In addition, finance terminology (e.g. "Spending: LIC Premium") shows in many places in the fitness journal page. 

The designs also contain unrealistic placeholder content and default settings (e.g. cardio exercise defaults of "1 hour" or "2 hours", demo workouts like "60 minutes bicep curls") that demonstrate a lack of understanding of the fitness domain.

After we pointed these out, their CEO claimed to have fired some people involved in the designs, but we didn't see any changes. When we refused the final payment, they threatened to use third party debt collection servcies and initiate legal actions, even though we have never agreed to pay unconditionally or automatically, regardless of the quality or suitability of the work delivered.

They should have actually tried to work on UI/UX designs and understand the fitness domain, instead of threatening legal actions
