Please describe your company and your position there.

The Public Association "DENDROLOGICAL PROGRESS" is a non-governmental, apolitical, non-profit public association, established by the free manifestation of the will of the associated persons, in order to jointly achieve the goals determined by the statute. The organization was registered on September 30, 2015 and is based in Chisinau. Dendrologic Progress is a republican public association and operates throughout the Republic of Moldova, but mainly focuses on the Chisinau Botanical Garden. The purpose of the organization is to continuously improve the environment by promoting dendrology. I am the Project Manager in this organisation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Image Marketing, and what were your goals?

We never had a site. We needed Image Marketing to provide us with a variety of marketing services such as website development, design and social media.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected Image Marketing by organizing a tender. After reviewing their offer, we had an interview and decided to work with them. 9 companies participated in the tender.

We needed a site through which to communicate to the community about ecological values. We also wanted to use the site as a fundraising platform. The site is created by Django CMS, is connected to our social networks and to the Patreon platform, where we collect money for our projects.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with a whole team of professionals such as: web developer, designer, marketing specialist, social media specialist, strategist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thanks to the site created, we managed to reach many more people through social networks. We managed to raise 90% more funds than before. Also, thanks to the PR services, a press conference was organized with the participation of 7 TV stations. The news was distributed to dozens of other televisions. In all, the news was seen by about 300,000 people.

Once in a few days we had an appointment. We were kept in touch by email or phone about all the changes and generally about how things were going.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work fast and very high quality. They are creative and do their best.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have no remarks. We learned a lot of new things and sometimes it was difficult for us to assimilate so many technologies.

Prologistic is a distribution company from the Republic of Moldova. The company was registered in 2013 in Chisinau as the official distributor of local producers. Personally, I am the Marketing Specialist from Prologistic.

First of all, we selected Image Marketing to create a website for our company. The goal of this project was to develop a creative and interactive page.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Image Marketing as a winner of our tender. They gave us a very advantageous and interesting offer. As they promised, they worked very fast and soon we received a site that works and does its job.

We needed a landing page for our company. The page was developed in django CMS with an interactive design and user-friendly and user-friendly solutions for us. For us, it was important for the site to be connected to social media and to be useful for both future partners and future employees.

The main point of contact was the project manager, but we also worked with developer, designer and marketing specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After site launching we observed a huge interest for our company. We also create social media platform with Image Marketing and we grow the traffic and interest for our company.

Every day we were connected to everything that was going on. We regularly had meetings about the work (physical or through Zoom) performed and planned. It was very easy to communicate with Image Marketing Moldova.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional approach. They are a young team, and with the energy they emanate, they make the projects much more interesting. I benefited from many working tools from them. We were trained on how to work with a site, which is really cool for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the testing the site, we found some minor bugs, but they fast fixed them.
