ilink was responsible for the full development of our platform. This included everything from design and coding to testing and deployment. Some key devlierables included tokanized certificates for students, a web app and QA.

ilink performed exceptionally well from a project management standpoint. They managed kept us informed about the project's progress throughout the development process and were always quick to answer any questions or address concerns we had. Items were delivered on time, so we don't have any complaints in this department either.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we found most impressive about them was their ability to understand our specific needs and requirements for the platform. We had a few different vendors were were choosing between, and we found that many others just didn't click with us in the same way. They were able to take our vision for the platform and turn it into a fully functional product that exceeded our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ilink could have done differently?

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the work that they did for us. Although we had some hickups, as is to be expected, there were no areas that we felt they could significantly improve on.

We hired ilink to develop a multi-currency wallet with cryptocurrency and fiat support.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We first came into contact with ilink when a business partner referred me to them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed and developed our digital wallet from scratch. Some of the key deliverables were Fiat support, in the form 2 different currencies along with a list of cryptocurrencies and an 'investment' module that we wanted to support as well.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 8 people in total; including developers, the project manager as well as an analyst and designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All deliverables were met, and we were left with no complaints.

Deadlines were met and communication was handled smoothly. We communicated mainly through a messaging app, where any messages were always promptly answered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciated the speed at which they worked, their availability and their deep knowledge of the blockchain/fintech domain.

There was nothing obvious that we felt could have been done better.
