We managed to reduce our HR turnover, management costs and saw visible changes in employees' productivity.

In the beginning were some resistance from the employees, but IKTAR team managed that phase well and all employees were on board in two weeks.

There is always a need to improve further, I believe they realize this too; hence there is no specific point of improvement from our side.
