Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of 10 people Amazon PPC(Pay per click) agency.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire iHuman?

We were looking for an Executive Assistant to take some load off CEO and COO so we can focus more on growing our business.

SOLUTION

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We tried looking ourselves at job marketplaces. With no success. And then evaluated a few agencies and were very attracted by the personal approach from the iHuman

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

It was long "interview" session to learn our demands,desire, limitations,etc... Just this part of the process helped us a lot to understand what we need. Then they were screening potential candidates and sent us only the best options. Every week we get clear report with what was done, what is in the pipeline,etc.. And eventually we needed to talk to 4 candidates and fulfilled the role. And still happy with the hire.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were in communication with 3 people, but I am not sure how many people worked eventually.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The new team member join the team, and she was very fast to up to all the tasks we need her to take a charge of. Also, we got a lot of follow-up from iHuman on the new hire in the next few months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was quite effective and very proactive from their side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their process was organized and provided great results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

not sure.
