We outsourced the development of the project. It was staff augmentation, we had one person on our side working with their team. They worked on front- and backend development.

It was around three people. They were flexible, if we needed extra help to get something done faster, they added extra people. I appreciated their agility.

Their flexibility impressed me. They were able to be flexible to always meet deadlines. They could switch deadlines in the middle of the project if necessary.
