The three Liferay engineers joined our team and took full ownership of their modules. Work covered Liferay development, performance tuning, and resolving technical issues as they came up. They stayed current with the platform and wrote clean, maintainable code that required minimal back-and-forth - which made our lives noticeably easier .

The platform became more stable, deployments went smoother, and our clients saw fewer issues post-release. Having developers who were available in our time zone and communicated proactively made the day-to-day feel much more like working with an internal team than an external vendor.

Honestly, the depth of Liferay knowledge combined with genuine ownership of the work. Honestly, nothing significant comes to mind. The engagement was smooth from start to finish. If anything, we would have loved to extend the collaboration longer - that itself says a lot about the experience.

We wanted to create an easy-to-use helicopter reservation portal. We aimed to make it straightforward for people to reserve helicopters and make payments.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ignek Infotech built the Helicopter Reservation Portal for us. It uses a bunch of different technologies to let customers find heliports on Google Maps, make reservations, get price quotes, and manage payments.

Project was managed on project management tool monday.com. They have broken down the whole project into milestones, and each milestone was delivered and presented on the DEV server. Ignek Infotech managed the project really well. They were great at keeping the lines of communication open and always got back to us quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We looked at several potential partners, but we were particularly impressed by their expertise and capabilities in software understanding and implementation. They understood what we wanted to do, so we teamed up. Infotech recommended using Liferay for the portal development. This lets us use a lot of pre-existing features and speed up the delivery time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ignek Infotech could have done differently?

Honestly, Ignek Infotech did a fantastic job. Any areas for improvement would be pretty minor and would depend on the specifics of the project.

We have an existing Enterprise Meeting Portal on Liferay 6.2, and we want to upgrade our platform to Liferay 7.4 with new designs and features. We wanted a software solution that contained a web and mobile app. The New Meeting portal can manage subjects, meetings, tasks, appointments, and video conferences. 
The new platform should have integration with email(SMTP-Gmail), SMS ( Twilio), WhatsApp ( Twilio), Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Google and Outlook calendars, and digital signatures ( DocuSign ). IGNEK has produced an enterprise meeting portal solution with a web portal and mobile app to manage subjects, meetings, tasks, appointments, and video conferences utilizing technologies such as Liferay 7.4, React.JS, ReactNative, Elastic Search, Twilio, and MySQL.

The portal built by IGNEK has significantly enhanced our operations. We are witnessing increased user satisfaction, heightened productivity, and an exceptional user experience. As a result, we are able to make great decisions after meeting, the task data we have collected from this portal

IGNEK has allocated a dedicated project manager for this implementation. The project was divided in milestones, and each milestone was further divided into sprints. The Agile methodology for project management was followed. Once a milestone is completed, IGNEK has presented milestone demo and collected feedback and implemented them also. They delivered the milestones on time

IGNEK Infotech was engaged to develop a streamlined client portal facilitating the management of reimbursement requests, documentation, and report generation, utilizing technologies such as Liferay 7.0 and Primefaces 7.0.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the launch of the new reimbursement portal, we have seen a significant decrease in manual processing time, an increase in efficiency and accuracy of reimbursement requests, and improved data visualization. The portal's automated features have resulted in approximately 50% time savings in managing reimbursements. This has allowed us to better allocate our resources and improve our services to the educational institutions we support
