I'm an executive at a carton and paper manufacturing company.

What challenges were you trying to address with IGGLOBAL?

We were looking to develop a custom-made platform that could allow us to manage our business digitally.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We contacted IGGLOBAL, and they offered us different options of predesigned solutions that they could also adapt and customize to our needs. They're now creating a web-based platform for us.

What was the team composition?

We work directly with two members of their team, but more people are working behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with IGGLOBAL?

We did some online research in the past. At the time, we found IGGLOBAL as a suitable service provider,  but we then decided to try another platform. We didn’t have a good experience with that previous provider, so we contacted our other options and chose to work with IGGLOBAL.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're still learning to use all the platform's functionalities, although, in general, we're delighted with the implementation and are on a very good track to make the best of the system. 

How did IGGLOBAL perform from a project management standpoint?

The implementation was faster than we expected.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very open to listening to our needs and made great suggestions that allowed them to put into practice all of our requests, and that showed in the final product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

In these kinds of projects, expectations are not met immediately, but that is something that is easily solved with clear communication.
