We plan to formally track key IT performance and security metrics internally, including system downtime, SLA response and resolution times, backup success rates, and security incidents. We also plan to leverage IDENETY’s advanced AI monitoring subscriptions to enhance real-time visibility, proactively identify potential threats, detect anomalies, and monitor system performance. Combining our internal tracking with IDENETY’s advanced monitoring capabilities will help us continuously improve security, reduce downtime, measure service performance, and maintain reliable IT operations across all departments.
