The Iconic Management is a social media marketing and video production agency based in Grimsby, Ontario, working across Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington and the GTA.
We film at your business. A typical shoot day produces about twenty videos with one or two members of your team on camera, which we then edit, caption, cover and schedule. Clients keep their own stories and DMs; we handle everything else, including paid Meta ads and monthly reporting. No year-long contracts.
We also build websites in HTML or WordPress, most landing between $1,000 and $2,000 and launching in about two weeks, built to rank on Google and show up in AI search.
Most of our clients are med spas and clinics, restaurants and wineries, trades and construction companies, and fitness and wellness businesses.

Our Story
The Iconic Management was started by Kristian Wolf and Courtney Todd. We lived in Toronto for two years and now work out of Grimsby, in Niagara, which keeps our overhead low and our pricing fair while we stay in the city every week.
We are a small team on purpose. The people on the discovery call are the same people who show up with the camera, edit the videos and write the captions. Clients get a direct line to the owners, weekday same-day replies, and no year-long contract.
What Sets Us Apart
