We have hired IConflux to build the custom ERP for education industry. IConflux have build mobile app in flutter and web application that is in Angular and Nodejs. Below are the major modules of the ERP.

We have recently launched our ERP and we have successfully onboard 5 new schools within one month.

They have well-defined project management process and shared detailed project plan at the start of the project. We were stick on their plan and develiered all sprint and modules on time. As per their process, we had a daily, weekly and monthly meeting where they explain to me about status of the project.

I most liked their project management process and communication the way they did during the entire project. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something IConflux Technologies Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

I believe there isn’t any significant area where improvement is needed. The project timeline was delayed mid-way due to back-and-forth communication, which is a common occurrence when developing large-scale solutions for specific industries. After some time they were on the timeline and achive the milestome that decided at start of the project.
